We understand the temptation to dive into every detail of your challenge. Instead, clearly state the issue and focus on exploring solutions together.
A powerful question to ask: “What would you do in this situation?”
30 or 40 minutes can fly by.
Make sure you set an agenda before the call to prioritize what you need to cover.
And don’t forget to take clear notes and commit to completing action items before your next call!
If you’re asking for feedback, be mindful of the amount of data you present. Instead of overwhelming your Coach with too much information, try a focused approach.
For example:
“Can you review all this data and give me your opinion?”
“Here’s a summary of my research. What’s your take?”
Your Coach will share valuable insights and advice based on their experience, but remember: success depends on many subjective factors.
The Coaching Team can’t guarantee results, but they’ll guide you to make informed decisions with confidence.
Share your wins, progress, and updates with us. A quick 30-second update shows your Coach where you’re at and keeps the conversation productive.
Your Coaching Calls are for building actionable plans. Please use email to share execution updates.
If a challenge arises that requires deeper discussion, book another call to strategize effectively.
