I didn’t plan to open a gym.
I just wanted to fix my knees.
For years, I was dealing with pain that stopped me from doing the things I loved — especially playing football. I was constantly in and out of physios, trying everything to get back to normal. But nothing really lasted. It always felt like I was just patching the problem.
Eventually, I realised I needed to train differently — not work around the weak spots, but actually strengthen them.
That’s what led me to build the system we use at Gym101. It changed everything for me — and now it’s helping my clients move better, feel stronger, and train without pain too.
I started sharing what I’d learned. One person turned into a few, and a small group grew into a real community. That’s how Gym101 came to life.
