1. Agreement to Terms

InFuze Travel Services, LLC (“InFuze Travel Services,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”) provides travel planning, concierge travel support, group travel coordination, travel education, and related services (the “Services”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the InFuze Travel Services website, including https://infuzetravelservices.com, and all associated pages, content, forms, and services made available through the site (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site and/or

purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access the Site or use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Site where applicable. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Content; Limitations on Use

All text, graphics, logos, images, downloads, forms, branding, page layouts, written content, and other material on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) is owned by or licensed to InFuze Travel Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing, no part of the Site or Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

• Copy, scrape, monitor, crawl, or extract Content using automated or manual means

• Use artificial intelligence tools, bots, spiders, or similar methods to access or copy Site Content without written permission

• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, systems, or networks

• Impersonate another person or entity

3. Online Products or Services

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the Site, including consultations, planning services, digital products, travel-related offers, and educational resources. Such products or Services may have limited availability and may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of booking or purchase. We reserve the right to limit or refuse service, cancel orders, restrict quantities, or discontinue any product or Service at any time and for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or misuse of the Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases, inquiries, and bookings made through the Site.

4. Travel Services and Third-Party Suppliers

InFuze Travel Services acts as an intermediary for third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, destination management companies, and insurance providers (collectively, “Suppliers”). We do not own, control, or operate these Suppliers. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and limitations imposed by the applicable Supplier. By booking through us, you agree to be bound by

the terms of each Supplier involved in your travel arrangements. We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, overbookings, service failures, pricing changes, supplier insolvency, weather events, labor disruptions, government actions, health events, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Fees, Pricing, and Payments

All pricing and availability are subject to change without notice until confirmed. Travel prices may fluctuate based on supplier availability, taxes, fees, exchange rates, fuel surcharges, and other factors. Planning fees, consultation fees, service fees, management fees, and supplier-imposed penalties may apply. Certain fees may be non-refundable, including research, itinerary design, concierge planning, or custom proposal fees, if disclosed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse bookings affected by such errors.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the terms of the applicable Supplier and any service fees charged by InFuze Travel Services. Supplier penalties may apply even when our own service fees are non-refundable. If you request changes after booking, additional costs, fare differences, supplier penalties, or administrative fees may apply. Refund processing times depend on the Supplier and payment provider.

7. Limitation of Liability; No Representations

InFuze Travel Services acts solely as a booking and planning intermediary for third-party Suppliers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, expense, or claim arising from any act, omission, default, or negligence of any Supplier or other third party. We are also not liable for events beyond our control, including acts of God, force majeure, weather disruptions, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, government restrictions, border closures, transportation interruptions, or technical failures.

The Site and all Content and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InFuze Travel Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related

to your use of the Site or Services.

8. Travel Advisories and Traveler Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all travel advisories, passport and visa requirements, health notices, vaccination requirements, insurance needs, and entry restrictions relevant to your destination before travel. We recommend reviewing official guidance from government and public health sources before booking and departure.

9. Third-Party Linked Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and that information sent electronically may be intercepted or accessed by others.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms operate to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InFuze Travel Services regarding your use of the Site unless supplemented by separate booking terms, client agreements, or supplier terms provided in connection with a specific Service. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
