The Surge for Summer Challenge is only open to Treehouse members! Get expert guidance, community support, and everything you need to crush your summer goals. Join The Treehouse today and get ready to SURGE!
The challenge runs from April 20th at 4:20 AM through May 31st at 5:31 PM—six weeks of guided movement, accountability, and team motivation to help you transform your fitness routine!
Each day earn points by completing the following:
✅Warm-Up: Prepare your body for movement (1 point per day)
✅Simply Core Exercises: Build your Core (1 point per day)
✅Stretching Routine: Improve flexibility & recovery (1 point per day)
3 times per week:
Strength Workout – Build muscle and resilience (1 point per workout)
3 times per week:
20+ min of Cardio – Boost endurance & heart health (1 point per workout)
In the 6 Week Surge for Summer section of The Treehouse, we’ll have a
daily check-in post where you will comment with:
