Welcome to LBC Talent's Virtual Training School, an online service created to offer top professional instruction for anyone wishing to learn and study Dance online. We deliver a personal and flexible approach to lessons in Acting, Voice and Dance. Whether you’re just starting out or already an experienced dancer our mission is to introduce you to the highest level of instruction. We share our expertise, our network and our experience to help you or your child get to the next level. We strongly believe that access to the best musical theatre education in the world should be made available to all those who want it, not just a select few. We are here to guide and support you in getting the best personal attention and instruction for yourself or your child.

We offer a free, no-obligation consultation prior to signing up for a lesson, session, or consult. During the consultation, Leesa Csolak or Megan Gecik will be eager to meet and learn about you or your child, answer any questions you may have, discuss your ambitions, however big or small. We will then offer a tailored learning plan to suit your needs, experience, and budget. Throughout your time learning with us, our small team will continue to keep an eye on your progress and offer support when needed in order to make sure that your experience is everything you expect.

Hand-picked for their incredible performance experience and teaching histories, all our LBC Talent Training School teachers and mentors are actors, singers, and/or dancers, many with high-profile performing careers and teaching resumes.


Every one of them has attended and taught at some of the most prestigious dance, acting, music, voice and musical theatre schools, companies and universities in the world. Our teachers have trained at Carnegie Mellon University, University of Michigan, PACE University (NYC), Fordham University, Alvin Ailey, The Juilliard School (NYC), University of Cambridge (UK), New York University, American Ballet Theatre (NYC), Pennsylvania Ballet, and The Royal Academy of Music (UK). They have taught for The Joffrey, Broadway Dance Center (NYC), Steps on Broadway (NYC), MRB of Japan, Peridance (NYC), Millennium (LA), major Dance and Performance Conventions and Intensives throughout the US, and more.

Our lessons range from $45 to $150. We are sensitive to your personal budget. We ask that each student first book a personal consultation so we can learn your priorities and offer insight as to how to best set up a program specific to your needs and goals. The consultation gives you the chance to meet us. We enjoy sharing detailed information and can offer you specific information guided to your needs — before paying a cent — we want you to feel comfortable and make sure we are the right fit for you or your child. You can book the consultation and there is no obligation to sign up for lessons at all— it’s all FREE.

Kevin Csolak

Bio:

Kevin Csolak is a professional actor, dancer and singer. He has had the privilege of working as a child, teen, and young adult on Broadway and television, in films, music videos, commercials, voice-over, and print for the past seventeen years. Kevin’s recent credits include; TNT’s series, Animal Kingdom (Andrew), Stephen Spielberg’s Feature Film, West Side Story (Diesel), Ivo Van Hove’s West Side Story on Broadway Original Cast (A-Rab), and Mean Girls Original Broadway Cast (Shane Oman). He also worked on Casey Nickolaw’s LAB and Atlanta performances of The Prom Musical.

Kurt Csolak

Bio:

Kurt has established himself as one of the finest dancers, singers, actors working today. He is presently performing as a featured ensemble member and understudy to the male lead of Nick Arnstein in the original cast of Funny Girl
at the August Wilson Theater in NYC starring Lea Michelle. He recently filmed the Jeremy Piven feature, The Performance in Slovakia. He has 17 year experience teaching students of all ages and can boast students who as children and teens landed on Broadway, in film, television and more. Kurt has performed on NBC’s World of Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, and the Peridance Capezio Center in NYC.

She has launched and managed her children’s successful professional careers and springboarded hundreds of personal clients to success in the performance arts industry over the past 35 years…

Diana DiMarzio

Diana DiMarzio

Bio:

Soprano Diana DiMarzio has appeared on theatrical and concert hall stages around the world. She was recently seen as Annie Dummermut on Broadway in The Visit opposite Chitab Rivera and the late Roger Rees as well as in the final Broadway musical of The VIsit written by the Tony-winning team of Kander and Ebb, with a book by Terrance McNally, garnered 5 Tony Award Nominations.
