Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

This messaging program sends webinar confirmations, appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and customer support messages to individuals who have registered through our website at www.natashacapital.com, completed our scheduling forms, or opted in through a web form with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox.

Opt-in is collected via web forms with a separate checkbox specifically authorizing SMS communication. Messages may include webinar reminders, scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, account notifications, and customer support communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages.

Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt in by submitting a new request.
