1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FieldPilot CRM, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

2. Description of Services

FieldPilot CRM provides lead management, job tracking, workflow automation, communication logging, and related operational tools.

Features and functionality may evolve to improve performance and reliability.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate registration information

Maintain account security

Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws

Ensure proper use of client information within the system

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

4. Billing & Subscription

Services operate on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed

Fees are due according to the selected plan

Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination

Fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use FieldPilot CRM to:

Violate laws or regulations

Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Transmit unlawful or harmful content

Disrupt platform stability or security

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

6. Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of the business data entered into the CRM.

Corevia Technologies LLC retains ownership of the underlying software, systems, and proprietary technology.

7. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FieldPilot CRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid during the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for:

Non-payment

Violation of these Terms

Unlawful or abusive conduct

Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].
