2 How We Use Information

  • Fulfil contracts (remote-staff placements, marketing deliverables, membership services).
  • Process payments via Stripe (Siklab never stores full card numbers).
  • Send transactional and marketing messages—including A2P 10DLC-compliant SMS (see § 3).
  • Improve the Site and prevent fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3 SMS & A2P 10DLC Compliance

  • Opt-in: By providing your mobile number and checking our consent box, you authorise Siklab to send up to 4 SMS per month.
  • Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. Text HELP for help.
  • Message frequency & fees: Msg & data rates may apply. Frequency varies by interaction.
  • Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your mobile number is used solely for Siklab communications and will not be sold.

4 Cookies & Tracking

We use first-party cookies, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. You may disable cookies; some analytics features may degrade.

5 Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

  • Cloud providers & processors bound by contract (AWS, Stripe, Google Workspace).
  • Remote contractors under NDA assigned to your project.
  • Government authorities if legally required.
    We never sell your personal data.

6 International Transfers

Data may be stored or processed in the Philippines, United States, or other locations. Standard Contractual Clauses safeguard EU/UK transfers.

7 Retention

Transactional records are retained for 5 years or longer if required by tax law. Marketing opt-in records are retained for proof of consent.

8 Your Rights

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, objection, or portability. EU/UK residents may lodge complaints with their supervisory authority.

9 Children

Services are not directed to minors under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10 Changes

We will email members and post on this page at least 7 days before material changes take effect.

Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully. By using the Site or purchasing any Service—including remote-staffing, AI-powered marketing, or the $299 Stand-By Membership—you agree to these Terms.

1 Scope of Services

  • Remote Staffing: sourcing and onboarding vetted Filipino VAs.
  • Marketing Execution: funnels, ads, design, copy.
  • Stand-By Membership: on-call team with 48-h first-response SLA and 25 % discount on all scoped work.

2 Fees & Payment

  • Membership fee: $299 USD per month; 3-month minimum.
  • All project quotes are valid 14 days.
  • Unpaid invoices accrue 1.5 % monthly late fee; services suspend after 7 days overdue.

3 Discounts

Members receive 25 % off published rates—including one-time remote-staff placement fees and hourly VA work. Discount applies automatically at invoice.

4 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Membership may be cancelled any time after 3 billing cycles with 14-day written notice.
  • If Siklab misses the 48-hour SLA twice in one cycle, you may claim a full refund of that month’s membership fee.
  • Deposits on custom projects are non-refundable once work begins.

5 Non-Solicitation & IP

  • You agree not to hire Siklab-presented talent outside Siklab for 12 months.
  • All final deliverables become your property upon full payment; Siklab may showcase non-confidential work in portfolios.

6 Acceptable Use

You will not request tasks that are illegal, promote hate, or violate carrier or advertising policies. Siklab reserves the right to refuse such tasks.

7 Limitation of Liability

Siklab’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months. Neither party is liable for consequential damages.

8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bacolod City, Philippines.

9 Changes

We may update these Terms with 7-days’ notice. Continued use denotes acceptance.
