Can I upgrade my tier after I purchase?

How much time do I need to commit each week?

That depends on your tier and your pace. At minimum, expect to invest 3–5 hours per week to work through the materials and make meaningful progress. If you're in a coaching tier, your 1:1 sessions are one hour per month, but the real work (and results) happen in between sessions when you're implementing.
