Coaching is about walking your path with someone holding your hand, knowing that you are not alone on your path, having someone by your side who has a bird's eye view, someone who knows the obstacles, someone caring who makes you go beyond your limits. 

When Aicha contacted me at the end of March, this is what she needed.
