From energising yoga sessions to reflective circle gatherings, each day is thoughtfully curated to deepen your connection to yourself and the group. Explore weaving, sound healing, and personal rituals led by expert facilitators.
~ Morning Vinyasa Flow yoga & breakfast.
~ Circles exploring themes like Weminine wisdom, Womb connection and the art of weaving.
~ Time for personal reflection
~ nature walks or relaxation.
~ Evening Yin Yoga or meditation sessions.
