Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical Unit

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical Unit The Executive Assistant provides administrative and project support throughout the search process. This includes document preparation, candidate and client interview scheduling, managing accounts receivable and payable, and handling expense reports. An EA plays a crucial role in problem-solving and ensuring efficient administrative execution.

Key Duties Include:

Search Administration:Manage all administrative tasks related to search assignments.

Client Deliverables:Format, edit, proofread, and transmit documents.

Calendar Management: Maintain consultant schedules.

Travel Arrangements:Prepare itineraries for consultant, client, or candidate travel.

Account Management: Support financial management, including consultant expenses, client

invoices, and receivables.

File & Follow-Up System: Establish organized file management and follow-up processes.

Communication Management: Prioritize and schedule phone and email communications.

Degree Verification: Verify candidate credentials.

Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with clients and candidates.

Data Integrity:Maintain accurate search information in Heidrick & Struggles’ database.

Skills Development: Attend training programs and stay updated on industry knowledge.

Confidentiality: Protect client, candidate, and company information.

Reception Support: Provide back-up assistance to other EAs as needed.

Database Support: Assist with research and record coding.

Qualifications

•Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

•Experience: Minimum 5 years in an administrative role with project coordination responsibilities.

Skills:

Business acumen and financial awareness.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (minimum typing speed of 60 WPM).

Experience with proprietary databases is a plus.

Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.

•Professional Services: Background in professional services is advantageous.
