You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.Services related to children are intended for use by adults (parents, caregivers, educators) and not directly by children.

2. Intellectual Property All Soul Spark materials—including but not limited to videos, illustrations, lesson plans, journaling prompts, guides, and downloadable files—are the intellectual property of Soul Spark.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works without express written permission.Materials may be printed and used for personal use or educational use with attribution, but not for resale or commercial gain.

3. Payments & Refunds All sales are final unless otherwise stated on a specific product or service page.

Refunds will be evaluated case-by-case for digital products and are generally not granted once content is accessed or downloaded.Coaching or mentorship sessions require a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed sessions are not eligible for refund.

4. Community Guidelines Soul Spark is committed to creating a heart-centered, safe space.

All participants must show respect, compassion, and mindfulness when engaging in our community spaces.Bullying, hate speech, spamming, or harmful comments will result in immediate removal without refund.We encourage vulnerability and healing, but this is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical care.

5. Disclaimers Soul Spark provides educational content on conscious parenting, ADHD and emotional support, plant-based nutrition, and holistic living.

Our resources are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
