Here are all the scanner systems listed with instructions on how to send a case to us with each system.
If your scanner system isn't listed please email [email protected] and we'll be happy to setup an account with you
1. Go to r1.dscore.com and log in.
2. Click your profile (top right) → Practice.
3. Go to "Preferred Labs" tab.
4. Click "Add Preferred Lab."
5. Search Ocean Ceramics and click Add.
6. Confirm — lab will appear as Active.
* Formerly Cerec Connect / Sirona Connect. Use DS Core
portal.
Log in to Sirona Connect
Select "my cerec connect" then "edit account"
Under "my account" select "My favourite laboratories
Search "Ocean Ceramics" in the field for "company name" and check the box
Click "add" to register
Select your restorations preferences and send the scans by selecting "Submit Cart"

Select "my cerec connect" then "edit account"
Under "my account" select "My favourite laboratories
Search "Ocean Ceramics" in the field for "company name" and check the box
Click "add" to register
Select your restorations preferences and send the scans by selecting "Submit Cart"
Navigate to the DS Core Dashboard
Click on "Labs" in the main menu
Search for "Ocean Ceramics"
Select Our Lab
Click "add as preferred lab" to establish the connection
1. Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in your
browser.
2. Log in to your 3Shape Communicate account.
3. Click "Connections" then "Add Connection."
4. Search for Ocean Ceramics or enter our email.
5. Click Connect — we'll approve within the hour.
6. Select Ocean Ceramics when sending future cases.
* We can initiate the connection from our end. Just send us
your account email.

1. Call iTero Support: 1-800-577-8767, press Option 2.
2. Ask them to add Ocean Ceramics as your preferred
lab.
3. Give them our iTero Lab Number: 2035.
4. Restart your scanner once connected.
5. Select Ocean Ceramics when submitting cases.
* Takes about 5 minutes. Your front desk can handle this call.

1. Go to www.meditlink.com and log in.
2. Click "Partners" in the left-hand menu.
3. Click "Invite Partner" in the upper right.
4. Search for [email protected] or enter ocean ceramics.
5. Click "Request Partnership" then Confirm.
6. We'll approve and you're connected.
* We can also send the connection request to you — just share
your Medit account email.

1. Log in to your HeronCloud account.
2. Navigate to the "Connections" menu.
3. Select "Create New Connection."
4. Search for Ocean Ceramics or enter our email.
5. Click "Create Connection" to send the request.
6. We'll accept — then select us when submitting cases.
* Open architecture — can also export STL and email directly
to us.

1. Open Shining 3D AiScan software.
2. Click the User icon in the top right corner.
3. Click the "Connections" tab on the right panel.
4. Click "+ New" and search for Ocean Ceramics.
5. Send a connection request.
6. Alternatively: export STL and email directly to us.
* Open architecture — STL export via email is always an easy
backup option.


Log in to your 3Shape account
Under “More” select “Settings”
In the menu, click “Connections” then “Labs” and “Add”
Search “Ocean Ceramics” and click “Connect” to send a request to connect
If requested, After scans are completed and received, lab technicians will design the restoration, and a 3D model will be sent to the 3Shape Communicate site for you to review and approve

Contact Align Technology directly to add Ocean Ceramics to your list of “Favorite Labs”.
Provide Ocean Ceramics ID as 2035
Under settings, select “Sync Configuration”
Transmit case scans and data by selecting “Send” on the screen

Log in to your Medit account meditlink.com
Under “Partner” search for Ocean Ceramics by entering [email protected] and request partnership
Once partnership is approved, you can select Ocean Ceramics when completing the digital Rx
