The advance payment may take 3-5 days to reach us from the date you first set up the direct debit, thereafter your account will be debited once a month/quarter/year. If you wish to cancel, please do so a couple of days prior to the payment going out, as cancellation triggers the removal of pre-approval of posts.

We do ask that you respect the standard rules of PA, post for your agreed business and make sure your content is not offensive or does not name and shame other businesses.

If you refer to adult or sensitive content please make that clear in your post heading.

We reserve the right to refuse and remove advertising if we feel it will not be a good fit for the group and to remove people from ProfessionalAsian and the PA Lounge membership if they are contravening rules, are causing any kind of disruption, or are not acting within the ethos or intent of any of the groups.

Your content is for the business that was agreed on sign up, packages are per business and not for collaborations or sideline businesses – it is exclusively for your main business.

We expect you to be a limited company or sole trader registered with HMRC, that you have public liability insurance, and relevant certification, documentation, accreditation, and legal permissions to trade as the company you are advertising. These include but are not limited to Food Safety Certification, DBS checks, and any others documentation relevant to your business.

General group rules should also be adhered to. Posting will start on the day the direct debit or the full payment is received.

Once you cancel your direct debit your posting rights and subscription will cease with immediate effect.

Posting week is Sunday to Saturday. You are not able to carry posts over.

Should you not operate within our guidelines, we retain the right to cease your membership and you will not be entitled to a refund on any balance.

We reserve the right to remove your post pre-approval authorisation, should we feel you are not posting within our agreed terms.

One of the posting options is the ability to go live within the group. If you are planning on doing Facebook Live sessions, please contact admin to make sure they are suitable for the group. Ideally, they will be showcasing your business in a short format, 3-10 minutes. Each live counts as one of your authorised posts and you are permitted to do a maximum of 4 a month

Longer Facebook Lives will incur an additional fee.

Additional Promotion, for example on our Instagram, Facebook page or Interviews on the Group are available, and are a great way to reach a wider audience. We will be happy to discuss, additional charges may be apply.

Please do not bump posts on PA, including your own. Commenting should be genuine and organic.

Please create value-added content with purpose and benefit for the members on PA.

Please do not promote other Facebook, Whatsapp groups on any of our platforms or contact members without permission. Promotion of networking groups or tagging people because they are part of a networking club is not permitted.

Unsolicited contact will be reported and result in removal from the groups. Please do not try to “poach” our members, and respect the community that is here to serve you.

Competitions are allowed but please do not contravene Facebook rules such as like, follow, share posts or lottery/raffle type posts.

Please do not include funding links or petitions or use your posting privileges for anything other than what has been agreed. You may seek advice as a PA member as per usual. You may not name and shame on PA or use it for any political or religious agenda.

Please respect group members and the privacy on the group, as well as their personal DMs. Please also respect other businesses and do not try to poach business from them.

Whilst we can offer you a highly engaged platform, please remember that it is your content on PA that will drive your business, and the membership will offer you tips and advice that will help you with your content.

We endeavour to support you in order to gain the most out of your membership, however, we cannot guarantee you sales or purchases or sign-ups. This is solely dependent on you creating visibility within the group and providing quality and engaging content.

We highly recommend you attend the events in the PA Members Lounge, one of which is a monthly Q&A to ask any questions and is included in your membership. If you require a one-to-one consultation or content created for you, these are available at a small additional fee, and are perfect if you feel you need additional support.

You are expected to keep the membership group as a safe space and to respect intellectual content, ideas, and confidentiality.

The content in the private members lounge is of high quality and is catered for ProfessionalAsian members, we ask you to behave with integrity and not share the content with anyone other than those in your business.
