Welcome to Precision Works Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking services or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Precision Works Detailing provides professional mobile automotive detailing services including, but not limited to:

• Exterior detailing
• Interior detailing
• Paint correction
• Ceramic coating
• Add-on services

All services are performed at the customer’s provided location unless otherwise agreed.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Deposits may be required to secure certain services.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in loss of deposit.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods including card, digital invoice, or other authorized payment platforms.

4. Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Customers must disclose:

• Existing damage
• Repainted panels
• Sensitive areas
• Aftermarket modifications

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take the highest level of care, Precision Works Detailing is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical failures
• Electrical malfunctions
• Wear and tear conditions
• Personal belongings left inside vehicle

Customers are responsible for removing valuables prior to service.

6. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

7. Mobile Service Disclaimer

Customer must provide:

• Safe working environment
• Adequate space
• Access to vehicle
• Clear access free of hazards

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

8. SMS & Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website or lead forms, you consent to receive SMS communications related to:

• Appointment scheduling
• Service reminders
• Service updates
• Occasional promotional offers

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Precision Works Mobile Detailing is not responsible for SMS delivery failures caused by carrier network issues, device limitations, or other circumstances outside our control.

12. Age Restriction

By using our services or opting in to receive SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
