This Catering Contract is entered into between

Boca Botanas (“Caterer”) and [Client.FirstName][Sender.LastName]

(“Client”) (together, “Parties”) and sets forth the agreement between the Parties relating to catering services to be provided by the Caterer for Client for the event identified in this Contract.

Menu to Be Served

The Parties have agreed to the menu attached to this Catering Agreement as Exhibit A. Caterer reserves the right to make small changes to the menu if key ingredients are unable to be sourced due to reasons beyond the control of the Parties. The following limitations will apply to this reservation of right -

( limitations ). No alcoholic beverages will be served without a separate agreement relating thereto.

Private Facility Rental

If you have rented a private event facility, you must spend the minimum amount listed under your rental day and time. Items ordered from the catering menu will go toward the minimum spend amount.

Private rentals cover up to 30 guests. There is an additional charge of $50 per extra guest, up to a maximum of 45 guests.

Payment Terms

The total cost for catering services for your event is [Total Cost]. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your event date and time. This deposit is transferable to a future event date if requested at least 14 days prior to the original event date.

Responsibilities for Related Costs

Tips are not included in the pricing and are left to the discretion of the client.

BAR SERVICE:

The bar will be open for full service throughout the event.

Agreement

Please sign and return a copy of this agreement along with the non-refundable deposit of $500 to Boca Botanas to confirm your event date and time.

[Client Name] agrees to pay the full balance of [Total Cost] for catering services on or before the event date. In the event of cancellation, [Catering Company Name] reserves the right to retain the non-refundable deposit.
