NB Roofs is owned and operated by family, not investors or outside partners. Ownership and operations include Aaron Baker and Carlos Nieves, along with Carlos’ brother Gonzalo Nieves, Carlos’ daughter GiGi Nieves, Carlos’ daughter Yami (Nieves) Rodriguez, Carlos’ son-in-law Javier Rodriguez, and Aaron’s daughter Isis (Baker) Chambers.

This structure makes NB Roofs a true family-owned and family-operated roofing company in reality, not just in name. We aim to deliver the care, accountability, and trust of a small-town family business with the precision, systems, and production capability of a large-scale roofing operation.
