Full M&E package at Monaco House, Maidenhead

Lawsons Group Ltd delivered the full M&E installation package at Monaco House in Maidenhead, forming phase two of the wider residential works.

The project included 14 new build apartments, with mechanical and electrical services installed throughout the development. Although smaller than phase one, the work still required the same level of planning, care and coordination to ensure each apartment was completed properly.

Our team worked to provide a reliable M&E installation ready for handover and occupation.

All electrical work was certified through the NICEIC approved contractor scheme.
