Fees for using the Services will be disclosed during the onboarding process and may be updated with prior notice. You authorize EpochNomics LLC to deduct applicable fees from transactions processed through your account before settlement where permitted by law.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to company name, branding, software, design, and content, are owned by EpochNomics LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for business purposes subject to these Terms.
