Get Great Coaching – Mentoring and Partnerships

·      This program is for anyone who has previously been trained as a coach, and wants to ‘Get Great’

·      A 6-month program, creating and facilitating coaching partnerships – pairing individuals up so that they can practice coaching AND experience being coached

·      Monthly the pair will have 2 calls: 1 as coach, 1 as coachee

plus

·      Weekly ‘mentorship’ calls led by Andy Hall, 90 minutes incorporating a mix of

practice / demonstration session with reflections and observations; plus open Q&As and masterminding of key elements of the coaching model

·      Every great coach has a coach. Every great coach is constantly learning and improving

A new cohort launches every 4 months
