1. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

1.1 As a user of AgencyStart, you agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any video contents, links, or proprietary information obtained through your use of AgencyStart with individuals outside of the AgencyStart community. This includes, but is not limited to, training materials, strategies, and methods discussed within the community.

2. Liability and Legal Compliance

2.1 AgencyStart is not liable for any legal repercussions that you may face as a result of using our services, including but not limited to those stemming from SMS marketing, email marketing, or cold calling activities.

2.2 You acknowledge that these marketing methods can carry legal risks, particularly in certain jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all relevant laws and regulations before implementing any strategies acquired through AgencyStart.

2.3 You agree that AgencyStart is not responsible for any legal actions taken against you and will not be liable for any consequences that may arise from your use of our services.

3. Billing and Payment Responsibilities

3.1 You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing - [email protected]

This will be cancelled for you within 24 hours.

4. Refund Terms

You are eligible for a refund in the first 14 days of working with Charlie. To request your refund, please email here - [email protected]

If you've been working with Charlie for longer than 14 days you can still request via email if you are unhappy with the service.

The refund will be issued within 3-7 business days through Stripe.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and your continued use of AgencyStart services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AgencyStart regarding your use of our services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
