Participation in paintball events involves inherent risks. You assume responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or other risks associated with participation.

UPRA and its affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the UPRA website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of UPRA or its licensors.

Members may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written permission.

6. Payments & Fees

Fees for membership, certifications, or events must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed.
