The Feel Bar Ambassador Program – Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of participation in The Feel Bar Ambassador Program. These terms govern the relationship between me (the “Ambassador”) and The Feel Bar (the “Company").

Accuracy of Information

I confirm that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification from the program or termination of my role as an ambassador.

Independent Contractor Status

I acknowledge that I am participating in this program as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employer–employee relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture between myself and The Feel Bar. I am solely responsible for managing my own business activities, including any applicable taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.

Compliance with Brand Guidelines

I agree to follow all current and future ambassador guidelines provided by The Feel Bar, including (but not limited to):

  • Proper usage of tracking links and discount codes

  • Adhering to branding and messaging standards

  • Observing FTC disclosure requirements (e.g., #ad, #sponsored)

  • Upholding the company’s values in all promotional content

Use of Marketing Materials

I will use only approved materials provided by The Feel Bar and will not alter, misrepresent, or misuse the brand’s content, trademarks, product information, or images. All promotional efforts must accurately represent the brand in a respectful, ethical, and lawful manner.

Agreement & NDA Requirement

If accepted into the ambassador program, I understand I will be required to:

  • Sign an Ambassador Agreement Contract, which outlines responsibilities, compensation (if applicable), expectations, and code of conduct

  • Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect confidential brand information and unreleased product details

Failure to sign either document may result in removal from the program.

Termination Rights

I understand that The Feel Bar reserves the right to approve or deny any ambassador application at its sole discretion. If accepted, The Feel Bar may terminate the ambassador relationship at any time, with or without cause, including (but not limited to):

  • Breach of terms

  • Unethical behavior or misrepresentation of the brand

  • Inactivity or lack of engagement

  • Content that misaligns with brand values or causes reputational harm

Data Consent & Privacy

I consent to the collection, use, and processing of my personal data by The Feel Bar for purposes related to:

  • Application review and approval

  • Program communication and updates

  • Campaign management and reporting

My data will be securely stored and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with my explicit consent.

Legal Responsibility

I agree to comply with all relevant local, national, and international laws governing advertising, online conduct, intellectual property, data privacy, and affiliate marketing. I understand that I am legally responsible for any consequences that may arise from my promotional activities.

Modification of Terms

The Feel Bar may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes agreement to the updated terms. Ambassadors will be notified of significant changes in writing or via email.
