Fees for paid services must be paid in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All prices are listed in either USD or EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We do not offer refunds except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing. Any payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the charge.
