By using Solarient's communication services, you agree to release and not hold liable Solarient, our SMS service provider, participating wireless carriers, and all of their respective representatives, agents, employees, officers, and directors from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses of any nature that may arise from your use of this service.
Solarient is not responsible for issues including but not limited to: technical malfunctions involving hardware, software, or networks; transmission errors; network congestion; failed or delayed message transmissions; or any damage to your mobile device resulting from participation in this service.
Submitting a solar quote request through solarient.com does not constitute a commitment from Solarient or from Solar Solution DC to install a solar system or provide any specific financing arrangement. All quote requests are passed to Solar Solution DC for review and follow-up based on property eligibility, roof condition, utility service area, and other factors.
Solarient operates exclusively as the marketing and sales partner for Solar Solution DC. All physical installation work, permitting, interconnection, warranty fulfillment, and post-installation service is performed by Solar Solution DC. Solarient reserves the right to decline to pass along any request without explanation.
All pricing, financing terms, rates, and incentives discussed during a consultation are subject to change and will be outlined in a formal proposal or agreement provided by Solar Solution DC prior to any commitment.
