With decades of experience caring for families in medicine and now serving them in real estate, Norville brings a unique, trusted, and compassionate approach to helping older adults plan their next chapter with confidence.
As a former Emergency and Urgent Care physician and now a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Certified Probate Expert (CPE), Norville understands the emotional, logistical, and financial challenges seniors and their families face—whether selling a longtime home, moving into a condo, transitioning to assisted living, or managing an estate after a loved one passes. After witnessing firsthand the emotional and logistical strain families face when downsizing, relocating, or handling a loved one’s estate, Norville saw a major gap in the real estate industry: seniors and personal representatives were left to navigate complex housing decisions without specialized support. With advanced training as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Certified Probate Expert (CPE), Norville built a practice dedicated to serving the 55+ demographic with the same care, precision, and trust that defined his medical career.
