Norville’s journey has taken him from Barbados to England to the United States and from healthcare into real estate, but the common thread throughout his career has always been helping people navigate important life decisions. He grew up in Barbados and later studied nursing in England before completing medical training in the United States. After many years practicing medicine, Norville now brings the same calm and thoughtful approach to real estate that he once brought to caring for patients and their families.
His years in medicine shaped the way he works with homeowners today. He listens carefully, explains complex decisions clearly, and helps people move forward with confidence and clarity.
