Welcome to YourBizSpotlight . These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our postcard advertising services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
YourBizSpotlight provides design, printing, and direct mail distribution services for postcards. We act as a service provider to help you reach your target audience through physical mailers.
2. Order Submission & Accuracy
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of all content, including text, images, and contact information provided for the postcard.
Proofing: If a digital proof is provided, production will not begin until you provide written approval. Once approved, YourBizSpotlight is not liable for errors (e.g., typos, design flaws) that were present in the approved proof.
Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Mailing Lists & Data
Customer-Provided Lists: If you provide your own mailing list, we are not responsible for undeliverable mail due to incorrect addresses or outdated data.
Purchased Lists: Lists provided by us are compiled from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee a 100% delivery rate.
Privacy: We treat your mailing lists as confidential and will not sell or share them with third parties except as required to fulfill your order.
4. Payment & Fees
Payment Terms: Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Postage Fees: Postage rates are determined by the USPS (or relevant postal authority) and are subject to change. Any increase in postal rates between the time of order and the time of mailing will be the responsibility of the client.
5. Printing & Delivery Timelines
Production Time: Standard production typically takes 21 business days after proof approval.
Delivery Disclaimer: Once postcards are delivered to the USPS, YourBizSpotlight has no control over the delivery speed. We are not liable for postal delays, losses, or weather-related disruptions.
Color Matching: Due to the nature of CMYK printing, we cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match to your digital screen.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to being sent to the printer for a partial refund (minus design or processing fees).
Refunds: Because our products are custom-printed, we do not offer refunds once the printing process has begun. If there is a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3days of the approval date.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourBizSpotlight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business) arising from the use of our services or the failure of a marketing campaign.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
