Why No One Told You About This
When I was about 11 years old, my mom brought home a booklet. It was pink. And it explained what would happen to my body. It walked me through puberty, step by step. I read it every day.

When I was about 11 years old, my mom brought home a booklet. It was pink. And it explained what would happen to my body. It walked me through puberty, step by step. I read it every day.

The day I realized it wasnt me - The food that used to “work” … doesn’t. Perhaps it would be more accurate to say “nonfood” as we so often relied upon the Eat Less – Move More philosophy of releasing excess weight.

For most of my life, I viewed midlife as a time of slowing down. When people spoke about retirement, it seemed like the ultimate goal for the later years, and I couldn’t quite picture what that would mean for me. I always assumed it didn’t involve living in a sunny, warm place, playing Bridge or Canasta, or picking up golf. Was that really all there was to it?

Dieting Sucks for Women Over 40 by Debbie Harris offers a science-backed, sustainable weight loss solution for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. The "30 to Life Solution" addresses hormones, mindset, and emotional baggage, moving beyond traditional diets.

Struggling with weight after 60 may have less to do with food and more to do with sleep. Learn how menopause, travel, and holiday stress affect rest, hormones, cravings, and weight—and how small shifts in sleep can change everything.
