Appointment Scheduling- Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
Payments-All services must be paid for as agreed at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for mobile services, additional participants, or expedited processing.
Cancellations and Rescheduling-Clients must provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Fees may applied for missed appointments or late cancellations.
Identification Requirements-Valid identification is required for all participants at the time of testing. Failure to provide proper identification may result in cancellation without refund.
Confidentiality-We take privacy seriously. All personal and test information is handled confidentially and shared only as required by law or with Client authorization.
Results-Test results are provided based on laboratory processing times, Lab Pro DNA & Drug Testing Services, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party laboratories.
