The employer completes a referral form outlining the reason for referral and relevant workplace context. This ensures the support provided is appropriate, targeted, and aligned with organizational needs while respecting employee confidentiality.
Appointment
The employee attends a confidential session with a qualified professional to assess needs, provide support, and identify practical strategies. Sessions are conducted in a safe, private, and professional environment.
Report back to employer
With the employee’s informed consent and in line with privacy requirements, a summary report is provided to the employer. This report focuses on functional outcomes and workplace recommendations, without disclosing sensitive personal or clinical details.
