Meet Will Keaty
14 Years Serving Lafayette's Legal Community
His Story & Roots
Will was born and raised in Lafayette Parish. He left for college and gained professional experience — including time working in Colorado — before returning home to build his legal career and put down permanent roots. He and his wife Erin are raising their four children in Broussard — in the same schools, churches, and neighborhoods he has always called home.
His mother served first as a District Judge, then as a Louisiana Appellate Court Judge. His father dedicated over 40 years as a pediatric dentist serving Lafayette families. Public service is not a talking point for Will — it is his family's legacy.
Community Involvement
Will is a proud member of the Knights of Columbus, Council #7557 — Broussard Chapter, since 2021, a fraternal organization rooted in faith, family, and service to others.
Why He's Running
Lafayette deserves a District Judge who knows this community from the inside — not just as a candidate, but as a neighbor, a parent, and a lifelong Louisianan who came back because this is home.
Family & Community
Raising Four Kids Right Here in Broussard
Will and his wife Erin are raising their four children in Broussard — in the parish's schools, at local churches, on Lafayette sports fields. This is not a campaign address. This is their home.
Will is active in his church and serves through the Knights of Columbus Broussard Chapter. He is present in this community every single week — long before anyone ever asked him to run for judge.
With Erin's full support, Will is asking his neighbors and fellow Lafayette Parish residents to trust him with the honor of serving on the bench. He humbly asks for your vote on November 3rd.
