What Is Foot Mobilization?
Hands on healing for sore feet and feet that can’t tolerate foot orthoses. Mary is delighted to bring FMT, Foot mobilization therapy as an additional treatment option for tired, tight, dysfunctional and sore feet. She has been applying these advanced skills since 2012 on feet with restricted connective tissue joint movement and or subluxed joints. Foot mobilization and manipulation are manual therapy skills also associated with Physiotherapists, Osteopath and Chiropractors.
A course of treatment can be discussed following initial consultation and often manual therapy is combined with other therapies e.g. Podiatric acupuncture. The benefit of this treatment can relieve pain from sore feet, improve footwear comfort, orthotic compliance and in some cases no need for continued use of orthotics at all.
