Working with Jenni Sol Yoga is the equivalent to receiving private sessions with a yoga expert. Classes with Jenni Sol helps the student understand what is happening on a holistic level - and what is possible - so that the practice is exciting, inspiring, educational, and safe each time.

After 20+ years practicing and teaching yoga to people all over the world, Jenni seeks supporting and guiding the individual student toward their own personal development. Results from an Experienced Professional:

I primarily work with experienced students who are looking for something MORE than what the general fitness center and yoga studio offers. With the studious focus on the Ashtanga tradition, but the playful nature of the Power Vinyasa yoga, I weave in themes that can be broken down into accessible parts. Over the course of a month my students feel the difference: the level of instruction far surpasses what other teachers provide. Results are very noticeable - my students feel empowered and excited by their practice again.

Sustainability:

I work with you to keep you safe by guiding you to tap into your own ‘Inner Guru’. In my classes you learn to listen to your body and respond appropriately to the demands of the program based on what YOU need from moment to moment.

The REAL Difference:

I love getting to know all of my students - this means we become close over time as we work together. I am available to talk to, and bounce ideas off of, as well as for additional guidance and advice. It is with this level of personal knowledge and communication where I feel the REAL difference lies.

Jenni Sol Yoga IS for committed yoga practitioners who struggle with life, with relationships, with careers. With their body, and their practice. Through yoga classes and programs students find joy and feel playful again while learning how to stay safe. They experience the power of REAL TRANSFORMATION in order to find their balanced center so they can handle the stresses of life. These yogis and yoginis work hard, show up, play safe, and are part of the Jenni Sol Yoga community.
