Established in 2013, LIFECON was born from a vision to help heal the growth challenges of small-to-medium businesses and in-tact teams. Working for Center for Creative Leadership© at the time, Founder and Army Veteran Ali Palmer already had multiple years’ experience in leading military teams, healthcare operations, finance projects and varied engineering efforts. Recognizing a gap in the marketplace, he recruited expertise across diverse leadership disciplines to form the company; LIFECON seeks to employ a blend of interpersonal inquiry, unique discovery techniques and time-proven leadership theory. The team converts these into meaningful, actionable solutions that are co-designed and custom tailored to solve Clients’ current and future business demands.
