Our Jump Start is everything you need to get well on your way to the new you: healthy, strong, happy and confident.
This is a class for people that are new to our program and our community. You meet a few times a week and we teach you everything you need to know about the movements we do. You get one on one attention, making sure you’re moving properly and safely, and using just the right amount of resistance to be safe and effective. It’s fun and this is where everyone starts.
Nutrition is the foundation of every physical transformation. We use a habits-based approach to ensure long term results. This doesn’t just transform your body composition, this enhances your performance and overall wellness.
This is the magic to looking good and feeling good and establishing long lasting health and wellness. This Jump Start Nutrition program will begin with an informational overview of nutrition, periodic weigh in and body composition scans to measure progress, weekly goals & weekly check ins with your trainer.
Love the results? You’ll have to option to continue with nutritional coaching and accountability following the Jump Start.
Our fun group fitness or personal training sessions are where you continue to use what you learned in our On Ramp sessions to continue to transform your body to get stronger and faster, all while being supervised, encouraged, coached, corrected and motivated by our friendly, professional coaching staff.
You’ll also benefit from the cheers and encouragement of your classmates in this fun and supportive, team-oriented environment where everyone is important and belongs.
People who commit to this program can lose 50-75 pounds in 6-12 months or put on lean muscle mass and strength, and maintain those changes while feeling much healthier and happier.
