I didn’t come into this work because I had everything figured out.

I came into it because I didn’t.

For a long time, I was doing what so many of us do, holding it all together and pushing through, trying to be who I thought I was supposed to be. From the outside, things may have looked fine but inside, there was a lot that felt disconnected, and was left unsaid.

At a certain point, I couldn’t ignore that anymore.

I started doing my own inner work; emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. The work took time, required honesty, and often felt uncomfortable; but the process changed me. It softened me and helped me understand myself in a way I never had before.

That journey became the foundation for the work I do today.

My approach to therapy is fully relational. I believe that the primary way we heal is through intimate relationships where you don’t have to perform or get it right to be seen and loved.

Rather than trying to push change or tell you who you should become, I try to create a space where nothing in me is getting in the way of what is naturally wanting to emerge in you.

Much of my work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that has very much shaped the way I understand people. Over time, I've come to believe that even the parts of ourselves we struggle with most are often trying to help in some way. Whether it's anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling stuck, I don't see these as things that are wrong with you. More often, they've developed for reasons that make sense when we take the time to understand them.

I believe healing happens when we can meet ourselves with curiosity and compassion instead of judgment. My hope is to create a space where you can explore your inner world safely, deepen your understanding of yourself, and move toward lasting change.

Because I'm interested in the many ways people heal and grow, I've also become deeply involved in the psychedelic space, both personally and professionally.

I hold space for individuals navigating psychedelic experiences, whether you’re preparing, integrating, or trying to make sense of something meaningful you went through. Psychedelic experiences can open a lot very quickly, and I believe it’s important to have spaces where those experiences can actually land and be understood in a way that supports long term healing. 

That belief naturally led me into community work as well. Over the years, I’ve built and facilitated spaces, especially within the Orthodox Jewish world, where people can come together around healing, growth, spirituality, and psychedelic integration.

Spaces where you don't have to leave parts of yourself at the door. Where your inner world and your external life can belong in the same room.

Because they were never meant to be separate.

I know what it’s like to feel torn between different parts of yourself.

Whether we’re working together in therapy, in preparation/integration work, or in a group setting, my intention is simple:

To create a space where you can show up as you are,

feel met in that,

and begin to move toward the life and self that feel more true to you.

What I’ve come to believe, both in my own life and in the people I work with, is that healing doesn’t come from becoming someone new.

It comes from coming back into relationship with yourself.

And doing that in the presence of someone who can sit with you in it.

If you’re here, something in you is already moving in that direction.

And you don’t have to do that alone.
