As the Owner and CEO, Dean has made Ironwood his priority, his passion, and his mission, transforming it into a vertically integrated industry leader that designs, manufactures, supplies, and installs cabinetry and countertops for large-scale multi-family developments and high-end luxury homes. Before founding Ironwood, Dean played a pivotal role at a billion-dollar real estate development firm in New York City, where he was instrumental in managing high-profile projects. A licensed real estate broker in New York, Dean brings a unique developer’s mindset to the industry—not only providing top-tier kitchen and bath solutions but also investing in select client projects. He also previously served as a Fire Safety Director in New York and held Sprinkler and Standpipe certifications (S12 and S13), reinforcing his expertise in large-scale, code-compliant developments. A serial entrepreneur, Dean has built multiple thriving businesses, including First Glove, now one of the largest glove supply companies in the U.S., operating globally. He was also the main founding partner of a successful real estate brokerage in New York City, which continues to thrive following his exit. At Ironwood, Dean thrives on tackling large-scale projects, finding solutions where others see obstacles, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
