Hey, I'm K'Lee!
Hi, I'm K'Lee, West Texas born and bred (with a brief detour living in the jungles of Nigeria with a monkey named Sheena, but that's a story for another time). I'm married to my best friend and co-conspirator in life and business, Jason, 20+ years strong and still flirting like teenagers.
My career kicked off in sales, where I quickly realized I was closing major deals before I could legally toast to them. From medical sales leadership to financial planning (Series 6, 63, life insurance licenses), I’ve always had one foot in strategy and the other in service.
Mom to three incredible sons, one who is a 'shark in training' with us now, and a proud Lolly to the cutest grandbaby on the planet (don’t you dare call me Grandma, we’re fun and branded over here). Yes, Jason’s "Pops"... I am a sucker for a good pun (see what I did there, got you again).
In 2014, I dove headfirst into marketing after launching a now-defunct app (RIP) that was I only one year ahead of Google's Voice to Transcription breakthrough patient (almost had them). Close, but character-building! I taught myself branding, SEO, web design, Google Ads, and all the digital marketing magic and RootsCo Marketing was born.
Fast-forward to late 2022: I fell in love with the high-stakes, high-reward world of legal marketing, especially personal injury, Family, and Criminal law. It’s fiercely competitive, wildly expensive, and exactly where I thrive. That’s how Legal Lead Sharks and Intake EQ came to life, solving the real bottlenecks law firms face in client acquisition.
