Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) 

  • Quick info: Supports cellular energy and mitochondrial function — may boost energy, cognition, metabolism, and recovery. 

  • Before your visit: Initial RN consultation — includes telehealth MD approval, dosing, and medication ordering. 

Sessions:  

  • IV (NR) — 30–45 minutes 

  • IM — 15–20 minutes 

  • How it feels: Mild warmth, brief tingling, or jaw tension possible; most tolerate well. 

  • Safety & monitoring: Licensed RN present for continuous monitoring and immediate support. 

  • Aftercare: Simple recovery tips and a nurse check‑in to track results. 

Pricing (NR Vial/sessions to fulfill dosing):  

  • IV (NR) — $505 

  • IM — $495

  • Travel contribution: $50 per nurse visit; billed per session and not included in vial pricing because visits per vial vary by route and dose. 

Nicotinamide Adenoside Dinucleotide (NAD+) 

  • Quick info: Supports cellular repair, mitochondrial health, cognitive clarity, and recovery. 

  • Before your visit: Initial RN consultation — includes telehealth MD approval, dosing, and medication ordering. 

Sessions:  

  • IV (NAD+) — 2–3 hours 

  • IM/SQ — 15–20 minutes 

  • Safety & monitoring: Licensed RN present for continuous monitoring and immediate support. 

  • Aftercare: Simple recovery tips and a nurse check‑in to track results and next steps. 

Pricing (NAD+ Vial/sessions to fulfill dosage):  

  • IV (NAD+) — $810 

  • IM/SQ — $480 

  • Travel contribution: $50 per nurse visit; billed per session and not included in vial pricing because visits per vial vary by route and dose.  

What to Expect

  • Licensed RN arrival — a registered nurse comes to your home with all supplies and a clean, professional setup. 

  • Clear walk‑through — we explain the ingredients, route (IV, IM, SQ), and what you’ll feel before we begin. 

  • Session timing — IV sessions take longer but are less frequent; IM/SQ visits are shorter and may be needed more often to utilize your purchased Nicotinamide Riboside(NR) or Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) Vial. 

  • Comfort and privacy — recliner, bed, or couch setup; we prioritize a calm, respectful experience. 

  • Monitoring and safety — clinical monitoring during treatment and immediate support for common, mild reactions. 

  • Aftercare and follow‑up — simple recovery tips and a nurse check‑in to track results and next steps. 

  • Scheduling note — nurse travel is billed per visit and not included in vial pricing because visits per vial vary by route and dose.
