Business Operations Manager

What You'll Own
Core Business Operations
- Own end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring smooth handoffs across sales, product, accounting and support
- Build, document, and continuously improve internal operational processes
- Maintain internal systems, tools, permissions, and documentation
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage external vendors: bookkeeping, accounting, taxes, insurance, HR, and payroll
- Own contracts, renewals, scopes of work, and vendor timelines
Contracts & Partner Docs
- Maintain contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and partnership documentation
- Obtaining patents
- Keep records organized and easy to access
- Coordinate with leadership and outside counsel as needed
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Client billing and invoice reporting
- Coordinate with bookkeeping on monthly financial reporting
- Manage KPI tracking and dashboards
- Support pro formas and basic forecasting
- Build simple, reliable reporting rhythms
Marketing & Growth Operations
- Manage social media and light website updates
- Handle event logistics and sponsorships
- Ensure timelines, assets, and campaigns ship on time
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in operations, business ops, or administrative roles
- Startup experience strongly preferred; health tech experience is a plus, not required
- Comfortable owning operations end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Love building systems, templates, checklists, and repeatable workflows
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and allergic to loose ends
- Communicate clearly, follow through relentlessly, and take pride in execution
- Want to grow with the company as the role expands
