Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.

Services and Subscriptions

  • Skool Community (Intro Offer): This is a monthly subscription providing access to our DIY credit repair course and DIY business credit-building course within our online community. The subscription fee is $29/month.

  • Done-for-You Credit Repair + Business Credit Building (Middle-Tier Offer): This service includes hands-on support for credit repair, business credit building, and step-by-step business funding guidance. Pricing is $2,997 upfront or $997/month for 4 months.

  • 1-on-1 Coaching + Business Banking Rep Support (Top-Tier Offer): This premium service includes personalized coaching, collaboration with business banking relationship representatives, tailored investment recommendations, and priority access to exclusive funding sources. Pricing is $9,997 upfront or $997/month for 12 months.

  • Payment Terms: All fees are due in advance as per the selected payment plan. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

  • Changes to Services and Pricing: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services, including pricing, at any time without prior notice. Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated to you in advance.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, videos, and software, is the property of Credit 2 Cash Mastery or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use related to the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

  • User-Generated Content: By posting or submitting any content to our Services (e.g., in the community), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Prohibited Uses

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Credit 2 Cash Mastery, a Credit 2 Cash Mastery employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Credit 2 Cash Mastery or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.

  • To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

  • Credit 2 Cash Mastery does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

  • While we strive to provide accurate and effective credit and funding strategies, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or funding approvals. Your success depends on various factors, including your individual financial situation, effort, and market conditions, which are beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Credit 2 Cash Mastery, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Credit 2 Cash Mastery, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your user-generated content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Credit 2 Cash Mastery provides financial education and credit-building resources. We do not offer legal, tax, or financial advice, nor do we sell a "get rich quick" program. Our trainings are designed to help individuals better understand personal credit, business credit, and funding strategies, but success is not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your effort, financial history, and how you apply the information provided.

Funding involves risk, and results vary. Removing negative items from your credit report and securing funding requires following legal processes, and outcomes will depend on lender discretion and credit bureau decisions. We make no guarantees regarding specific amounts of funding or approvals.

Any testimonials or success stories shared represent individual experiences and may not reflect typical results. Most people who participate in educational programs do not achieve large funding amounts because success depends on consistent action and applying the methods taught.
