What I learned early on is simple:

I grew up alongside the algorithms.

Then I reversed-engineered them — and learned how to make them work for the business instead of against it.

That perspective matters.

Being young gave me proximity to the new generation.

Experience gave me discipline.

Time gave me pattern recognition.
