A Space for Ceremony & Community
What to Expect at These Gatherings
These events are experiential and spiritual in nature. They are designed to invite presence, reflection, embodiment, and connection — with yourself, with others, and with Spirit — in a grounded and respectful way.
Events are offered in person in St. Louis and surrounding areas, with occasional online offerings when noted.
Each gathering is thoughtfully facilitated and held with attention to pacing, consent, and nervous-system awareness. While every event is unique, offerings may include:
• guided meditation or journeywork
• embodiment and breath-based practices
• sound experiences
• reflective or intentional group practices
• ceremonial elements such as cacao, when appropriate
You are always invited to engage at your own pace and to participate in ways that feel supportive for you.
These gatherings are not medical or therapeutic treatments, and no specific outcomes are promised. Individual experiences vary.
Full Moon Ceremony

A ceremonial gathering for grounding, emotional release, and lunar renewal
Myofascia & the Nervous System
May 6th 6:30pm-8:00pm
Learn how the myofscia and the nervous system work together & a Somatic practice to support regulation.
FREE Community Gatherings

Cosmic Hive is a multi-day gathering centered around inner work, ritual, creativity, and conscious community. Through workshops, ceremony, and shared experiences, it offers a grounded space to reconnect, explore, and deepen your relationship with yourself and others.

TYPES OF EVENTS OFFERED
Public Ceremonies & Gatherings
Public ceremonies are open to individuals who wish to participate in a shared group experience. These gatherings are announced as they become available and include clear descriptions so you can decide what feels aligned.
Public events may include seasonal ceremonies, sound-based gatherings, cacao ceremonies, or other community offerings rooted in presence and intentional gathering.
Private Ceremonies
(By Request)
Private ceremonies are available for small groups, families, or friends who wish to gather intentionally for a shared experience. These offerings are created by request and tailored with care to the group’s intention, size, and setting.
Private ceremonies are experiential and spiritual in nature and are facilitated with clear communication, consent, and structure.

INTEGRATION & AFTERCARE
Many events include space for grounding, reflection, or integration, either during the gathering or afterward. Some offerings may include optional integration calls or follow-up practices, depending on the nature of the event.
You are encouraged to listen to your own needs and take care of yourself before and after attending a gathering.

Events and ceremonies are held in St. Louis and surrounding areas. Specific locations, timing, and details are shared on each individual event listing.
Some offerings may include online components, which will be clearly noted when applicable.
