This includes, but is not limited to, any digital courses, live or recorded workshops, group coaching programs, memberships, events, and all offerings associated with the Brittany Bauman brand. By accessing or purchasing from any of Brittany Bauman’s websites or platforms, you agree to these Terms in full.

Use of Content & Licensing

All purchases are for individual use only. Materials provided within any program may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, recorded, broadcast, or repurposed without prior written consent. Unauthorized use or sharing of content may result in account termination without refund and potential legal action. Access to digital content is non-transferable and intended solely for the original purchaser.

Payment Terms

Programs and services may be offered on a one-time, monthly, annual, or lifetime basis. By enrolling in any subscription-based offer, you authorize recurring billing to your selected payment method, according to the terms you agree to at checkout.

Lifetime access begins only after all payment installments (if applicable) are completed.

Missed or failed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.

Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least 72 hours before the next billing date.

Your cancellation is not considered complete until you receive written confirmation. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final.

Membership Access

Active membership includes access to digital content, private communities, replays, and live events as specified in your program. If your subscription lapses or a payment fails: Your access to all content and community features will be revoked.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify any bonus or community features at any time.

Account Security & Tech Disruptions

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and your billing info up to date. Be-YOU-t Solutions LLC is not liable for:

Service interruptions due to platform updates or third-party outages

Delays caused by user error or technical incompatibility

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds.

Privacy Policy & Data Use

We collect your personal info (name, email, payment details) to deliver services and maintain your account. Your data is stored securely and will never be sold or shared without consent. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Affiliate & Referral Programs

If enrolled in an affiliate or referral program, commission payouts are based on qualified referrals only.

Self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the system will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

We reserve the right to adjust commission rates or program criteria at any time.

Intellectual Property

All materials—videos, coaching content, PDFs, frameworks, and training documents—are the intellectual property of Be-YOU-t Solutions LLC and its partners. You may not reproduce or reuse any content outside your personal, educational use.

Community Conduct

All members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in programs, communities, and events. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund. Access may be terminated at our discretion for any breach of these standards.

Earnings Disclaimer

While we celebrate real client wins, no income or outcome is guaranteed. Your success depends on factors like effort, consistency, and strategy implementation. Be-YOU-t Solutions LLC disclaims all liability for any losses or claims resulting from participation in our programs.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact support first. Unresolved issues will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and settled through binding arbitration.
