Preamble

We, the members of Top Medical Centre Health Foundation, a not‑for‑profit and non‑political organisation, do firmly and solemnly resolve to provide for ourselves a constitution and to be governed by the provisions therein contained. The Foundation is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria as Incorporated Trustees.

Our Mission

To provide comprehensive scholarships covering tuition, registration and examination fees for high‑performing but financially disadvantaged students — ensuring health equity and educational opportunity go hand‑in‑hand.

Our Vision

A community of empowered alumni who contribute back to the Foundation, creating a self‑sustaining cycle of philanthropy and medical excellence across Nigeria.
