A deposit of 50% is due upon booking. The second payment of 50% is due 30 days before arrival and will be collected automatically from the card used in the first transaction. We also require a signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold. The hold is placed two days before arrival and removed five days after departure if there are no extra charges. Once booked, you will receive an email with a link to provide those items. During booking, you will be required to upload a copy of a government photo ID to prove the primary renter’s age (age requirements vary by property) and to prove authorization to charge the credit card. We do not share this information with others.

Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will receive no refund.
