General Terms and Conditions

ALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPRESSED IN U.S. DOLLARS

1. Agreement and Tuition

By enrolling in the Revive Your Strength Mastermind ProgramTM  ("Program"), including the 30-Day Free Transformation Trial, Family-Focused Recovery Bundle, or VIP Mastermind Experience, you agree to pay Revive Your StrengthTM , LLC ("RYS") the tuition amount selected for your chosen program. Tuition includes access to digital course materials, live or virtual sessions, and community access as outlined on www.reviveyourstrength.com. For in-person events, transportation, lodging, and food costs are not included. All payments are processed securely via a third-party provider and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

2. Contract Term and Completion

From the date of your purchase ("Agreement Date"), you have twenty-four (24) months to complete all program sessions, including any live, in-person, or virtual events ("Contract Term"). If you do not complete the program within this period, RYS reserves the right to terminate your enrollment, and you will forfeit all tuition paid. For the 30-Day Free Transformation Trial, access ends after 30 days unless you enroll in a paid plan (Family Bundle: $363/month or $3,644/year; VIP Experience: $910/month or $9,119/year).

3. Transfer Policy

For live, in-person events, you may transfer your registration one time to the next available session of the same program, subject to a $100 transfer fee, provided you notify RYS in writing at least 30 days prior to the event start date. Transfers are subject to availability, as events may sell out. Email requests to [email protected] with "Transfer Request" in the subject line. Virtual event access is non-transferable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

72-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel this transaction without penalty by submitting a signed, dated written email to [email protected] with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line, received before midnight of the third business day after the Agreement Date. Refunds will be processed within 4-6 weeks. Faxed notices are not accepted.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For paid programs (Family Bundle or VIP Experience), if you are not satisfied after full participation in the first 30 days, notify RYS in writing during the Day 2 meal break of the first live event or by Day 30 for virtual programs. Return all course materials (digital or physical) to receive a full refund, minus any bonuses (e.g., Life Force: Morning Miracle book, valued at $25). Email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of meals, transportation, or lodging.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled live or virtual event without written consent from RYS, you forfeit your tuition for that event. A $200 no-show fee may apply for in-person events.

5. Program Participation

Your participation in the Revive Your Strength Mastermind requires signing these Terms & Conditions and completing all registration and questionnaire forms prior to admission. Failure to do so will be deemed a termination of this Agreement, and you will not be admitted to the program. RYS reserves the right to remove any participant from live or virtual events for reasons deemed appropriate, including disruptive behavior or non-compliance with program guidelines. In such cases, tuition refunds or credits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with no reimbursement for meals, lodging, or transportation.

6. Event Changes

Dates, times, locations, and formats (in-person or virtual) of Revive Your Strength events are subject to change at RYS’s discretion. Participants will be notified via email of any changes. If an event is canceled by RYS, you may transfer to the next available session or receive a full refund for that event’s tuition portion.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including digital content, worksheets, videos, and the Revive Your Strength planning method (results, purpose, massive action), are the intellectual property of RYS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission from RYSTM Unauthorized use may result in termination of your enrollment without refund.

8. Health and Safety

The Revive Your Strength Mastermind includes low-impact fitness routines tailored for adults aged 55-65. You are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before participating in physical activities. RYS is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from program participation. For virtual sessions, ensure a safe environment for exercises.

9. Faith-Based Content

The Program incorporates biblical wisdom (e.g., Hebrews 11:1, Ephesians 2:10) to inspire mindset shifts and spiritual growth. Participation does not require adherence to any specific faith, but the content is designed for faith-driven individuals seeking alignment with purpose and recovery.

10. Damages and Liability

In the event of default or termination, you agree to a non-refundable damages fee of $500 for paid programs to cover administrative costs. RYS’s total liability for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the tuition paid. RYS is not responsible for consequential damages, including lost opportunities or emotional distress.
