Grounding Hatha

Slow, steady practice that focuses on simple postures, conscious breathing, and mindful awareness to help students feel calm, centered, and connected to the earth. Builds stability and strength while soothing the nervous system and easing stress. The practice includes standing and seated poses, gentle stretching, and relaxation to cultivate a sense of presence, safety, and inner balance, making it especially supportive when life feels busy or overwhelming.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a slower, more accessible style of yoga focused on easy movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation. It uses simple, low-impact poses (often with props or done seated or lying down) to gently improve flexibility, reduce tension, and calm the nervous system, making it welcoming for beginners, seniors, and anyone seeking a softer, restorative practice.

Stretch & Restore with the Lord

A faith based stretching practice for women. To include modalities such as somatic, balance, core and breath. Combined with Christian music and Biblical reading, the student is encouraged to slow-down, rest into the postures while noticing sensations and letting go of tension in the body. Students will leave refreshed and renewed. All levels, no experience needed.
