1. Nature of the Service

Agape Plumbing, LLC provides licensed plumbing and natural gas fitting services.

Estimates: Any pricing or "quotes" provided by the website or AI Agent are preliminary estimates only. Final pricing is determined only after a Master Plumber conducts an on-site inspection.

Emergency Services: 24/7 service is subject to technician availability. Emergency fees apply to calls outside of standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 8-5).

2. AI Receptionist & Communication Disclosure

We use the Raptor Agent (an AI-powered system) to handle calls and bookings.

Consent to Call/Text: By providing your number, you give express written consent to receive calls, SMS/text messages, and automated summaries from Agape Plumbing regarding your service request.

Recording: All calls handled by our AI Agent are recorded for quality, safety, and training purposes.

AI Disclaimer: Our AI is designed to assist with scheduling. It does not provide professional engineering or safety advice. Always follow the instructions of the licensed Master Plumber on-site.

3. Property & Liability

Pre-Existing Conditions: Agape Plumbing is not liable for damages to aged or corroded pipes/fixtures that break during a standard repair attempt.

Drain Cleaning: Customers acknowledge that drain cleaning involves inherent risks to older pipes. We are not responsible for pipe failure during the cleaning process.

Access: Client must provide safe, clear access to the plumbing site.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Payment: Due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation: Please provide 24-hour notice for non-emergency appointments. Failure to do so may result in a "Service Call Fee."

5. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, ensuring your contact details are used only for service delivery and internal marketing. We do not sell your data to third-party lead generators.

6. Governing Law
